Three days of no shows and no phone calls as promised. I took vacation to wait on them.

Customer service agents only response is “I do apologize “.

Stayed on hold for 30 min to be connected with supervisor and went to voicemail. He greeting promised to reply to my call within 36-72 hours. No more GE in my house.

The company has been on the ropes for years so I look for them to exit this business soon. What am I saying...Clearly they already have!
