Got a GE Profile washer from HH Greg. It worked for about two and a half months.
The lid sensor blew. We had it repair three time every two weeks. HH Greg did not want to replace the washer,instead told us they would send a e-mail to the corporate office. They inform us we would hear from them within 24 hours,we never heard anything.
The fourth time the lid sensor stopped the repair man said the motor was bad and causing the sensor to blow. They shipped a motor to my home and made a promise to return on a schedule date.
NO SHOW. I've own this washer for four months now and it sits inoperable.
