Order a GE profile Microwave/oven combination (PT7800SH5SS). It was in for 2 weeks when the light in the microwave quite working.
Microwave still operates, but tough to use a microwave with liquids when you can't see what is happening. Called repair, 10 day commitment to repair. Clearly explained the bulb was out. Tech shows up with NO BULB and needs 2 people to remove the oven.
Has to reschedule - for a week later. Shows up a week later, part was delivered, but still no 2nd person. Has to reschedule - 10 days later. Not convenient for me, but too bad.
The microwave has officially been broken more than half the time I've had it and it is still less than 2 months old.
Called the Customer Care number he gave me and asked for a supervisor. "I'll see if I can find one - can you hold for 5-10 minutes?" Seriously - you suck.
