My dishwasher broke because of an acknowledged defect. The customer service always tells me everything will be taken care of but they do NOT communicate with their service techs.

Every time a service tech comes out (it has been 4 times now) they tell me that customer support did not order all the necessary parts, but they dont take care of it for me. Instead, after each visit I get a new piece of information about what is needed, call customer support, wait weeks or months for the part, then do it all over again.

IT HAS BEEN MONTHS AND I AM STILL WAITING!!

I would take a new machine, or a bigger credit (they only offer $150), but am instead stuck in this BS.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Repair this damn thing immediately to working order or give me at least an $800 credit to replace it.

I didn't like: 4 times unsuccessful defect repair.
