I spoke with GE eRelations and called # 1-800-673-5075 provided it was so quick to resolve the issue if you have unsolved issue with GE customer service just call the number above. have a good luck

Range hood model #JVW5301SJ1SS

I bought the unit which was built with the stillness finished side into the inside of the unite AND the Grid unfinished side comes into outside the unit see photos below!

GE with long history unable to inspect their units before goes to consumers or to the market

Might it's because outsourcing means the cheap labor REGARDLESS I paid around $500 for this ODD unit .

Customer service ONLY to repair the unit if it's under warranty

But what about the defected unit.???? not replacement ,ha ha ha

should I keep this unit because it is the only odd unit is available within USA area

if anyone has same like mine PLEASE let us know.
