Ge Appliances - Problems with GE consumer relations concerning my defective RO water Filter that caused damage to my kitchen
Purchased from Home Depot a RO water filtration system, it leaked and caused damage. They sent plumbers to repair it a few times and the damage under the sink cannot be fixed since it got warped and I cannot find two repair people to come to my home for the estimates without paying out of pocket.
The consumer relations dept. at GE I feel is prejudiced and refuse to fix the problem saying that I should pay half price for another unit.
Even though a consumer advocate told me that if it leaked or caused a problem again they would replace it, Now their supervisor refuses to acknowledge that and I am stuck with a leaky water filter. She also refuses to give me a number of her superiors or address to write to.
