New ReviewerBought it in summer of 2017- shortly after noticed items on top shelf would freeze and rust spots began to appear on refractor front-contacted GE told to move things around a solution to uneven temperature? I emailed them that it didn't work still uneven tempt and the rust spots were increasing-received a call told me that it was of course three years old-but they would replace the front panel I would have to cover the repair on the inside-I was busy with more pressing things and declined at that moment the replacement of front panel well that was in Sept the rust now covers about half of the bottom panel and a few moments ago found my regenerator not function the freezer half is but the bottom half isn't bought the ge because when I was young my parents has one that lasted for a long time but today's appliances are not made to last as indicated by the woman informing me that the refrigerator was 3 yeas old of course-- poor quality the panel coating need to be heaver in the factory-and I think the materials used are extremely low grade-oh another thing the top freezer door doesn't always close the magnet needs to be stronger
User's recommendation: check customer reviews first then quality.
