This past Saturday all the food in my GE Profile refrigerator was warm and food and ice packs in the freezer were thawed out. There hadn't been a power outage.

The refrigerator motor was running but nothing was cooling. Then the motor went off and didn't come on for several hours. I called GE repair and got a service appointment for today. The service person came in, opened the refrigerator and said it seemed to be all right.

I told him it wasn't all right on Saturday and there was water all over inside the freezer. He said that was because my ice cubes melted. I asked him why it did that.

He said "I have no idea", charged me $99.95 and left. I said I felt I was ripped off and he said "that's what you signed up for".

Worse repair service in my life and I am a senior citizen.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Looks nice.

I didn't like: Terrible service.
