I bought a new refrigerator.Within 4 months, the refrigerator and freezer stopped working. I contacted GE directly.They sent out a technician who did not know what the problem was.He came out twice without the problem being resolved.

After that, no one showed up for any of the appointments for two weeks.We lost hundreds of dollars worth of groceries, plus time and pay from work and we have a cancer patient who needed medication to be refrigerated.I am totally dissatisfied and unhappy with the lack of compassion from GE. I will never again buy anything GE.
