Purchased a GE washing machine and extended warranty. The machine had smoke coming out when I opened the door, that was July 3, 2013.
No part yet, maybe September 8th. The warranty company is Expert Protection and do not care about customer service at all. Contacted GE directly to get this resolved but they too don't care. I will never buy another GE product again.
I will tell everyone I can about GE's terrible service! I am in the process of contacting out local TV station that does specials on bad products, GE needs to be exposed for their terrible service.
