I called GE this morning regarding my Ikea credit card I made a purchase of $30 and thought my bill was due on the 21st but to my dismay it was due on the 20th of the month I called them telling them I will pay my balance in full if they waive the $15 late fee. the csr Sarah told me that she would not be able to waive the fee.

oh and they had no supervisor on dutythat I could speak to.Thanks GE you want me to pay a $15 fee when I only have a $30 balance and I have never been late. YOU SUCK!!!
