GE freezer is not working. Called multiple times within the past year.
Each time a technician came in telling different reasons. They all refill freon so it would work for over 30 days. When next time same problem happens, we have to pay labor again cause it is over 30 days! Each time paid over $350 just for labor.
Ordered parts for over $2000 and nothing works. GE Customer service won't arrange appointment unless we agree to pay! Customer service also won't allow us to complain to a supervisor!
We have no places to seek help! We want our refrigerator to be fixed and we want our money paid for the previous service to be refunded!
