GE Appliances service charge is on a separate link, not with the online schedule form. And nowhere on the schedule form the service charge is mentioned. They just assume you read their price infor.
This is like cheating to consumers.
They should put price infor. on the schedule form to let customer fully aware of their service charges.
BTW, their service charge is ridiculously high and unreasonable, two minutes for $110. Basically the technician did nothing, just gave a quote and asked for so much. This is really unacceptable.
1. When customer makes the schedule, clearly telling the customer how much will be charged, and the policy of your service charge.
2. Do not assume customer to read your price info. on a separate link. It MUST be on the schedule form.
Monetary Loss: $110.
