So, one day i wanted to use my self-cleaning option on my 2,000 dollar GE cafe gasrange stove. The lockout option locked me out of using the buttons and the gas is now locked off along with everything else on the stove.
so i read through the manual then go online and finally have to call tech support. the retards working there transfered me over 3 times read the manual to me like i was doing myself and offered me no help other than to spen over 100 freakin dollars to send a tech to my house which is total bull. they were now help and on top of that extremly rude one guy named Nick was a total ***-Hole! GE was zero help and they claim to be number one when it comes to appliances thats total horseshit because now my stove wont let me do anything except flash lock.
If you want to be a service tech dont be a retard. Dont buy anything from GE because when something goes wrong with it Oppsto bad you lose.
