My mom has a service warranty with GE. They ordered a part for her refrigerator and it was the wrong part.

Then, they keep giving her the run around saying the will be out on one day, but the parts department hasn't received any orders. My mom keeps calling and spent at least 3 hours on the phone one day with their "customer" service reps. These people will say anything to appease you and get you off the phone. All said and done, my mom's refrigerator still isn't fixed after 3 weeks and she is going in the hospital this week so who knows when it will be taken care of.

GE needs to train their reps and their service techs better. It is ridiculous that people pay for these appliances and services and are treated with very little consideration and respect.
