Have a GE refer only 4 months old. Went out 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Serviced 3 times and still not working. Replaced computer and 2 other parts. Service tech stated have to wait another 2 weeks for a "sealed part". Customer service said it would take up to 48 hrs to determine if I get a replacement.

The tech also said he doesn't know of anyone getting a replacemnet. I have only gotten this far because I have called at least 10 times. Pretty sucky for a $2,500 appliance.

After 4 days lost of work to wait for service and about $300 in food loss, I still dont have a refer. customer service just ***
