After much thought, went with what we thought was a reputable company, to replace our built in microwave, GE, wrong
Our 10 month old not cheap! microwave died, just died ! Called and had to wait a week for a service call.
Well at 4:45 the night before the service call, of which I had taken time off work, I get a voice mail, " we are overbooked, not coming tomorrow morning , will have to be NEXT Tues. sometime, bye"
Called the next a.m, bad attitude, no help, called Corp. consumer line, they were sorry, would call me back in an hour and see what they could do...they did not!
Tried one more time, nope , busy area, next tues. it is. sorrryyy
yea I'm sorry! sorry i spent $500 of my hard earned money on a GE product!!
