I purchased a GE profile stove and had to call for service in less than a year The first appointment that I scheduled they did not show up.l Ont he second appointment the service technician called the day of the appointment and said that he knew what was wrong and had to order a part. On the third appointment the technician said that he had ordered the wrong part.
I spoke with consumer relations multiple times in regards to their poor service- but to no avail. The consumer relations department is just as disorganized and unhelpful as the repair department. After three days home from work to have my stove repaired and numerous phone calls- after one month I am still without a working stove. Don't buy any GE appliances.
The quality of their appliances is poor and their customer service is awful!
