I've had a repair scheduled to my GE Refrigerator by GE Appliance repair for 2 weeks. I had to empty and turn off the refrigerator for three days.

My appt was scheduled for Friday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I received a confirmation call last night and I confirmed the appointment. I received a call today telling me that I would be the next service visit. I was in the bathroom and apparently missed a call from the service rep.

When I returned I found a message that my service call was canceled because I was unavailable!

I was gone 3 minutes. Now I have an empty refrigerator and I can't reach a human being to tell me what to do next.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Extrimely poor service, How i was treated.
