GE has the worst customer service dept. My NEW expensive double ove stopped working after less than 3months. I called customer service and was sold a technician would be out on the 26th of Dec. After waiting all day, they never showed up. When I called GE, I was told to call their subcontrator. Their message indicated that they closed for the holiday. I called GE and was told it would be a month before someone could service my NEW appliance. After escalating the call, I was able to schedule service for 1/2. The technician shows up says it needs a new panel and has to order the part. Seriously? They knew it needed that panel and yet they show up without it.

I followed up by calling customer service and was told that this was "Protocol". When I asked to speak with a manager I was told I was. She told me that I could write the company. Which I am.

Poor product. Bad customer relations. Shame on you GE
