I received a brand new GE refrigerator (SS, bottom drawer freezer, 26 cu ft) a few weeks ago and it arrived with a non-functioning freezer. GE refused to replace the faulty appliance and it took a repairman 4 visits before it was fixed.

After all of that they left the boxes full of broken parts for me to dispose of. When I called GE to remove the parts, they expected me to package them back up for FedEx pick up! I finally called my appliance store to pick up the garbage.

Terrible service GE. I now regret the purchase.
