Just out of warranty stove, Giving an F350 Error code. After 45 minutes on hold and getting bounced around on the phone and getting hung up on twice, The Service person didnt have anymore information about codes then the manual that came with the machine had. they had no idea what the code meant but were more than happy to send out a field tech to charge me $200 to tell me what the code meant, I will only buy Whirlpool from here on out

Three days of no shows and no phone calls as promised. I took vacation to wait on them. Customer service agents only response is “I do apologize “. Stayed on hold for 30 min to be connected with supervisor and went to voicemail. He greeting promised to reply to my call within 36-72 hours. No more GE in my house. The company has been on the ropes for years so I look for them to exit this business soon. What am I saying...Clearly they already have!

Ge Appliances - Pissed off consumer

I sent you my problem I don't know how many times you keep side stepping the situation. All you would have to do is fix it or give me a deal on another and not like before $50 off a new one. Just send me an address of one of your CO maybe after hearing my story he will do something. Rather than asking a lot of stupid questions.
