Have a ge profile refrigerator that stopped cooling. I have the same problem that many other consummers have with this frig.
Called Ge and they said there was a part number change which is a good indicator that it was a faulty part. Their faulty part but I had to pay for it. I was told they would sell me the part and cost but I had to pay for the labor and it would take 3-5 days to get to me. I will never buy a GE product.
They do not take care of their problem or customers.
