Bought a high end monogram fridge for $2000. 2 years later, not working.

5 repair visits - still not working. Buy ice - avoid GE at all costs. Called for 5 separate service calls. Each less helpful than the last.

Technicians trained on lower quality appliances. Have no idea how to fix high end range appliances. Punished for letting customers talk to service techs (whom all repair people call when they get here). My favorite is asking to talk to a supervisor on memorial day weekend and being given the number and told I would be transferred.

When I asked if anyone worked on Memorial day, they said "no - oops".

Way to deal with rightfully annoyed customer. The wrost customer service I have ever received - anywhere - ever.
