We have owned a G.E. Monogram hi-capacity ice maker for under three years.
Every part has been replaced at a cost to us at nearly $800. G.E. refuses to admit there is a problem with this and charges us a $180 service charge for every repair, plus the parts. The appliance works for two months and then breaks again and every time it's a different part.
This appliance cost us originally more than $1,200 and is supposed to be G.E. top of the line. It's obviously an unreliable appliance and G.E.
refuses to take responsibility.
