The handle on my refrige comes loose every month. I tighten it up and wait for it to come loose again.

The screw holding the handle in is the wrong size. I have replaced the handle which had stripped srews because G.E. would not honor the warranty after only 3 months. They stated that the handle is not covered in the warranty.

New handle---$108----G.E.'s reputation for quality and service, *** G.E. used to be a quality product, today is it a stinking poor excuse for an appliance manufacturer.

The best thing G.E. could do to satisfy future comsumers is to go out of business.

I agree. GE does not stand behind there warranty. I bought a stove and had a great deal of problems trying to get GE to come out and fix my stove after they sent a service guy to fix and they broke.


Same to me, still over four weeks without a fridge.

Is this a class action suit?
