Ge Appliances - Range Review from Aurora, Colorado

My brand new range door fell off when cleaning the inside. I was unable to get the door back on. The first service person came to my home and ordered parts. The second service person came to my home and said the correct parts were not ordered for repair the first time. It is difficult to be home during their 4 hour windows when we work for a living. I have to schedule time off. So over a month later my brand new range is still not fixed. Rediculous! I won't be buying anymore GE products unless there is some type of compensation for this issue and they make this right.
