I unfortunately purchased 3 Haier washer/dryer combo machines. They are all junk.
They constantly breakdown. I have extended warranties and getting service is nearly impossible, taking hours anad hours of phone calls, sitting for hours waiting for repair techs who show up without parts, receiving the parts with appointment for another tech to do repair only to then be stood up by the tech. Latest is that a service call was made in late October 2020. Appointment schedulded for 2 weeks down the line.
Guy shows up and says he cannot fix the machine because I have not removed it from its space under the counter in kitchen. The item is sold as an under-the-counter unit. He also said he needed a part. Part arrived in a few days.
Had another appontment with different tech to install the part. He showed up after there was a week of confusion at GE about what day the appointment was. He says the wrong part was ordered and set an appointment for 1 to 5 today. Nobody showed up or called.
Now on hold for over 40 minutes with GE who said that the schedule had been changed and new appointment is on January 7, 2021.
Just how dishonest and *** can service be. The answering system says there will be extraordinarily long wait timesnn0
