Don’t worry about it , I won’t be buying GE products again!

I have an 11 month old dryer that has a bad heating element. I have not been able to contact anyone at GE about this problem. I dont want to use the computer I want to talk to a person and so far I have not been able to find the number to do that.

Preferred solution: I would like to speak to someone about getting my dryer fixed that is 11 months old. They want to see his parts her replace for 10 years. I want to talk to a live person.

Oven shut off

You should supply instructions of what to do if oven shuts off. I had preheated the oven to 350 and placed a cake pan in the oven. When I attempted to set the timer, everything shut down. I read my manual and went to your web site. There is no mention of that “ safety” feature or what to do if it happens. I live in apt, so I had no record of purchase!!

Refugee. Don’t cool.

I had power off for 2 days and now my refrigerator doesnt cool. I did set refuge. To 37 and freezer to 0 and still dont cool.

Worst service waiting over a month to fix a brand new fridge

Fridge came defexrive waiting over a month to get results ordered new parts tech canceled 2 times. Just finally came out parts still not correct he said he didn't have time to stay and work on it got in his van and left never mentioned he was leaving so unprofessional will never get another get apliance again

Hello

I ordered a part WSO1F01178 On Sept 5 it has arrived in Canada

But the wrong part WSO1F01178-ER it will not fit

I have been trying to fill out the return form at times it will not except what I am typing.

Now it wants an order number this getting to be

Parts of Canada

VP of Customer Service I purchased a part WSO1F01178

The wrong part was shipped WSO1F01178-ER

Over the past month I have sent emails that have been ignored, I have talked to a lady

in customer service who basically told me she could not help talk to someone else.

Now that the 30 days are over what I would like to know is how do I get a return tag

Pay the restocking fee (how much) and get the right part!

Microwave

Got a GE range microwave and the heating element went out after 16 months and the service company said the part would be 400$ .its not worth me too pay that much for a part when the microwave is only 16 months old I wont be buying GE anyone

Warranty to short and replacement parts are way too high. Won't ever be buying Ge products again. The digital display on one side quit working. Part is 1/2 the price of the cost appliance. Cant even finds anyone to to come on a service call to work on it. They say I should probably just buy a new one. Id buy Samsung before I buy GE. And thats saying something considering how bad Samsungs are .

Bought a GE air conditioner 13 months ago which means its out of warranty. Only used for 2 months last year and put in back in window in June for 2 months this year and compressor wont kick on. Things sure arent made with quality anymore.Did fine while working but four months and done. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !

GE Appliances - Non repairable double wall oven 14 months after original install
Both /either oven began to shut off with error code F 353 when temp exceeds 400 degrees for 35 minutes. GE tech came out 3 times and replaced "everything I know to replace." Still did not solve problem. He charged me $396.52 for first visit. I spent an additional $250 to have electrician check out wiring and breakers. There was no problem there. Now with a non-repairable oven, I called GE "customer relations" and asked for a new oven, they said only if I paid $716. Why? One year warranty had expired. I guess when you sell junk a one-warranty is about all they can stand by. GE: Never Again.

Faulty rollers on dishwasher

My GE profile dishwasher was installed 8/7/23 and already the rollers do not stay on. Model # PDT715SYV0FS Serial # LV903372B Every time I pull out the lower rack to load or unload the dishwasher, the rollers pop off. Its mostly the bottom left roller. What is the problem? Ive only had it a week!

Service call complaint

problem was with the contracted local repair center people; two service calls and still had the same problem. I complained and they thought I should contact a different service center. If the problem is fixed I doubt that i will call them again.

Customer service is less than par. Keep getting passed on to another custome service rep. Never ending loop.

Been trying to get GE Washer fixed. I think it has a bad panel. seems like been on the phone several times and just get a run around. No one wants to see it thru. Just pass the buck...
