Ge Appliances - GE Front Load washer

I have loved this washer and still have the matching dryer that works fine. I have taken the entire washing machine apart and while doing so, I order parts I was most likely to need - well, I was mistaken as the part I need is the spider WITHOUT the stainless steel basket - which is all fine. I DO NOT wish to spend $500 as I know these parts are made and put together to be sold by GE. So, they can take them apart or get some prior to the spider and basket being assembled so that they can ship these out to what appears to be 100s who have had the same issue. Why this part is not also made of stainless steel is beyond me. SO wasteful. I still have every part and the videos I made during the disassembly and would absolutely LOVE to get JUST the spider so I can get this thing back together. Who do I need to speak with to get this? My father managed all the chain of appliance stores in our city when I was a kid up into my 20s and that was 7 stores in the chain. They were all about service and retaining customers. That's why Elvis would purchase 100s of appliances from them and send them out anonymously to those in need! Can I PLEASE just get this one part and feel good about not adding this washing machine that I love to our already overflowing landfills! PLEASE

Brand new stove and the oven went out after running the cleaning cycle, took over a month to get someone here to diagnose but they had no clue so they just ordered a bunch of replacement parts. A month later and a different guy came out to finally install the parts but it still wasn’t fixed in fact he left it in unusable condition altogether and it started an electrical fire in the unit! Plus, they kept trying to reschedule our appointments, every single one! Almost three months and STILL no working stove / oven!

Ge Appliances - Appliance was recalled, totally defective parts, failed to compensate customer for defctive product.

My washing machine was determined to be inoperable by GE serviceman, GE manager refused to do anything to remedy the loss. One manager offered $100. another offered a discount on a new Machine, alone came Bill and refused any compensation whatsoever. Don't buy GE Appliances.

Ge Appliances - Defective knobs!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had this GE Cafe gas stove top that long. I cleaned the knobs for the first time and found out that every last one of these knobs are cracked and broken. It is dangerous because if you can't turn the gas off, .... then what???? Why isn't GE sending out a letter to let the consumer know that these knobs are faulty. This was an expensive stove top!!!
